NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS PASSES VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON SARAKI, DOGARA

The National Association Of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) in its 43rd Senate meeting held in Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna from 18th to 20th October, 2018 passed a vote of confidence on the President Of The Senate and Speaker House Of Representatives, Sen Bukola Saraki and Hon Yakubu Dogara.

In a communique signed by Comr Olatunji Yusuf, Chairman Communique Drafting Committee, the polytechnic students association commended both leadership for taking measures to rescue Nigerians from the exploitation of commercial banks through illicit charges on withdrawals while pegging withdrawal limits at 10k, making students on campuses the major victims.

The association also urged the National Assembly to review the polytechnic act in order to end the dichotomy war by bracing up HND to B.tech as obtainable in developed countries.
