Unlike Oba, Emir don go transfer for Kano – Osaro Jando

The controversial splitting of the Kano emirate by the Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has generated mixed reactions among social media users.

One of such reaction is the comparison between the renowned Benin traditional stool and the emir of Kano.

Reacting to the news of the splitting of the Kano emirate, Edo born Osaro Afuwa aka Osaro Jando is of the opinion that traditional institutions are not supposed to be answerable to politicians but rather, politicians are supposed to draw strength from traditional heads to serve their people well.

He said:

Just imagine how state governor reduce a whole emir influence to zero. Obaseki nor go try am for Benin self. If he think am, he nor go wake up from sleep.

Traditional ruler when suppose hold governor accountable as e own inheritance for throne na governor dey push around like small pikin so.

Oba nor dey go transfer but for this matter so, Emir of Kano don go transfer o.
